Oban to Bangor

On the 19 of august we left Fort William at 8 am. At about 15:00 we arrived in Oban. As we arrived, some very friendly people came to help us to tie the boat up and later we spoke to them for a bit. Their boat is called Nesina and they know the area very well and gave us lots of tips. After speaking to them we went to explore the city. We went to a Colosseum on top of the city and it was really nice.

Close to the marina there was a seafood take away shop and it a lot of good reviews, so we decided to get some lunch. There was a long queue, but we had read that it was worth to wait in the queue and then we got a big plate full of seafood. We walked back home and indeed the sea food was excellent. In the evening Andrin, Mami and I went to walk around and look at some book shops, but we got kicked out, because they were closing.

On the twenty-first of August we left Oban and headed to the isle of Gigha where we moored over night to continue to Bangor the next morning. We stayed in Bangor for two nights, but we did not do a lot of sight seeing. We did some boat tasks, washing, school and went shopping.
